Which proposals are currently accepted?

The HBAR Foundation RFP Pilot Program is currently accepting RFPs for two categories, Credit Market Liquidity Development and Credit Market Liquidity & Incentive Pools, outlined in the Request for Proposal page.

Tips for submitting a great proposal

When evaluating your proposal, we look for the following qualities that could contribute to a higher rate of success with your submission. Your proposal should have:

Ineligibility

The HBAR Foundation reserves the right to deny or refuse to proceed with (at any point in the process) any application, project, team, entity, or person for any reason in The HBAR Foundation’s sole and absolute discretion, and THE HBAR Foundation has no obligation to provide its reason for acceptance or denial.

Examples of ineligible applications/applicants may include:

❌ Any applicant (i) listed in any sanctions-related list of designated persons/entities maintained by a sanction authority (e.g., the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control), (ii) operating, organized, or a resident in a sanctioned country, (iii) owned or controlled by any such person/entity described in the foregoing clauses, or (iv) that is the subject or target of any sanctions.

❌ Applications in which the project, provision of services, or receipt of funding would be illegal in the jurisdiction where the work is performed or to be provided.

❌ Applications that are legal in one jurisdiction but illegal in another jurisdiction.

❌ Applicants that refuse to complete The HBAR Foundation’s KYC/KYB procedures.

❌ Applicants that refuse to sign The HBAR Foundation’s grant agreement.
